Introduction
You have purchased a drone and you wish to register your product on my.senseFly, which is the platform dedicated to the registration of eBee/Camera products and allow you to :
A. Activate the drone license and avoid having to connect the drone to internet in order to review the drone licence (every month).
B. Access information related to your product
- Contract purchased with the drone (RTK, endurance,...)
- Warranty date
- Contact your senseFly directly sales/support outlet for any questions you may have.
- Repair history
C. Download Software :
- Current version of eMotion for your type of product.
- Pix4D Mapper
Note: If you have purchased a mapper license and your point of sale has assigned the license to your portal you can activate it and create a pix4D account (if you do not have one) directly from your portal. However the portal can only host PIX4D mapper license's. Any other type of Pix4D license should be activated by the respective license certificate (Provided by sales department)
How to register a Product : requirements
my.senseFly account
In order to be able to register your product, you must first have a my.senseFLy account.
If you do not have an account yet, please create one from the following link : my.senseFly
Then follow the steps below :
a. Click on Register
b. Read the Term and Conditions
c. Accept them by clicking on I AGREE
d. Fill the form and submit it (Register button)
Important Note : you should received an automatic email to verify your email. Until you did not validate it, your my.senseFly account will not be activated.
Invitation code
An unique invitation code is supplied with each drone (order) and is available inside the case/backpack, on the back of the quick start guide. Enter the invitation code provided with the drone, available on the back of the QUICK START GUIDE. It is composed of 8 digits, 2 blocks of 4 digits separated by the sign -
Invitation code allows you to register your product, provided with the drone (on the back of the start guide) is disabled by default when the product is shipped to the point of sale/distributor. It will be activated only if the point of sale has submitted the sales form and assigned the drone to you (creation of your company in our system).
Note : If you encounter an issue during the registration, please refer to Appendix.
How to register a Product on your my.senseFly portal : Process
- Go to my.senseFly
- click on LOG IN and enter your my.senseFly credentials
If you do not have a registered product yet, my.senseFly will display a popup asking you to enter the invitation code. The popup will be still displayed until the invitation code be validated. If you have already a registered product, Please click on add a product, see below.
Enter the invitation code supplied with the drone (For example : 4322-5220 ). You can also enter the UAS number (official serial number of the drone), available on the drone (battery bay) and on ground modem
Your product is now registered!

I can't find the invitation code in the suitcase/backpack ?
What is the UAS number :
After entering the invitation code / UAS number I got an error message :
1. Missing purchase information
2. Already in use
3. Something went Wrong
